A day just gets better with a little bubbly, right? In honor of Global Champagne Day, Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley raises a flute during Champagne Week, Oct. 18 to Oct. 24.
During Auberge du Soleil’s Champagne Week, guests are invited to savor Executive Chef Robert Curry’s six-course prix-fixe tasting menu in The Restaurant. Each course will be paired with Champagnes selected by Wine Director Kris Margerum, including Dom Pérignon, Krug, Pommery, Louis Roederer, Veuve Clicquot and Pierre Paillard. The special menu is available Oct. 20 to Oct. 24; reservations required.
Bubbly lovers can raise a flute throughout the week at the Bistro and Bar with Champagne cocktails and an extended list of Champagnes by the glass.
Plus, hotel guests can sip Champagne while lounging poolside, and sample tastes of bubbly checking in for services at the Auberge du Soleil Spa.
