Spotlighting themed drinks and dishes that infuse the four core elements, Rancho Bernardo Inn’s signature restaurant, AVANT, has debuted a new Elemental Dinner Series. The dining series is slated on Wednesdays, though May, with the possibility of being extended, at the San Diego resort restaurant.
Now through May, and possibly longer, AVANT at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego hosts its Elemental Dinner Series on Wednesdays. (AVANT is open from 4 to 10 p.m., Wednesdays to Saturdays.) Each four-course prix-fixe menu features themed dishes and sips that are inspired by the four core elements of earth, fire, water and wind.
A sample Elemental Dinner Series prix-fixe menu might include:
Wild boar and herbs paired with a Kikori whiskey-infused toasted rice Jasmine tea
Black truffle and roots paired with Muscadet wine and Fleur Verte Chèvrefeuille
Orange cardamom dark chocolate truffle paired with Broadbent Madeira wine
