Europa Village in Temecula celebrates Executive Chef Hany Ali’s Egyptian culture with a special event on Friday, Sept. 29, 6 to 9 p.m. Flavors of Egypt: A Culinary Journey with Executive Chef Hany Ali takes place at the at the outdoor Vienza Piazza.

Chef Hany will bring a taste of Egypt to Europa Village during an enchanting evening filled with a Mediterranean feast, fine European wine and live entertainment featuring a henna tattoo artist.

Chef Hany’s delicious dishes each tell a cultural story that he is excited to share with his guests. Menu highlights include:
Mediterranean Muhammara Dip: Roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic and olive oil
Whole Roast Lab: With tzatziki sauce and toasted pita bread
Kofta Kebabs: Chicken and beef
Falafel: Garbanzo beans blended with parsley, cilantro, onions and spices
Traditional Moussaka: Eggplant and potato casserole
Umm Ali (Egyptian bread pudding) and Baklava desserts

Europa Village invites all to experience this first-ever tribute to the culinary artistry and cultural heritage that Chef Hany Ali brings to the table. Tickets are priced at $120 per person and can be purchased at shop.europavillage.com (tickets for members are priced at $108). Ticket includes one glass of pre-selected Europa Village wine.
