A walking tour of Wattles Farm reveals the beauty that comes about when 300 L.A. gardeners choose to get their hands dirty. Our guest chef is Gladys Nyoth. Gladys comes to the table by way of Cameroon and France and a raucous year of charming people across the country as oftentimes host of OITF.
Gladys has also hosted her own nomadic pop-ups that combine African cuisines and performance art. The garden kitchen at Wattles Farm, a few blocks off Hollywood Boulevard, is the perfect venue to showcase her skills.
