There is also a Holiday Festival called Santa’s Village featuring Santa visits for children, arts-and-crafts, games, music and face-painting.
The Holiday Festival is open from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Parade starts at 1:30 p.m. and lasts for about 90 minutes. Both events are free to the public.
The Holiday Festival is located on Wall Street (between Girard & the alley by the Athenaeum). The Christmas Parade kicks off at Kline & Girard.
