Under the Influence Dining Series

Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ San Diego properties — San Diego Mission Bay Resort, Kona Kai Resort & Spa, L’Auberge Del Mar and Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa — have joined together to launch a signature dining series called Under the Influence. The first of the four-dinner series is slated to take place at San Diego Mission Bay Resort’s Covewood restaurant from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 21.

Each storied resort will host a dinner at its respective restaurant with host chefs showcasing how the unique locality, history and culture of the San Diego region impacts their personal culinary appeal.

Executive Chef Roy Hendrickson will showcase the bounty of San Diego through his own lens, with menu highlights including west coast oysters, spring shawanmushi, corn-dusted albacore and pan seared scallops. The interactive experience will also include live acoustic music and a raffle.

Tickets for the event are priced at $150 per person and are available via EventBrite.
