Wellness Weekend at Pendry San Diego

Pendry San Diego hosts a special Wellness Weekend from April 14 to April 16. The weekend will be filled with a curated schedule of events and well-being activities.

Wellness Weekend at Pendry San Diego will include a sound bath meditation, HyperIce fitness class, 60-minute spa treatment at Spa Pendry (based on availability), wellness turndown service by OSEA featuring their Undaria Algae Body Butter & Dayglow Face Oil, and more.

Friday, April 14
5-6 PM: Restorative CBD Cocktail Hour with Kelly Stoll, founder of Vital Body Therapeutics, who will speak to the benefits of holistic CBD therapy for pain, stress and inflammation. Guests can sample Vital Body’s CBD body care products.
8-9 PM: Sound Meditation with singing bowls that create sound vibrations and frequencies to reduce stress, relieve pain, improve mood and increase wellbeing.

Saturday, April 15
8-9 AM: HyperIce therapy, taught by Stef Corgel, followed by Little West pressed juice tasting & light bites.
9 AM – 7 PM – Complimentary access to Spa Pendry facilities, including a pop-up HyperIce Recovery Room with Normatec leg treatment.
9 AM – 2 PM: Complimentary 15-minute Structural Assessment Session with Kelly Stoll at Spa Pendry.
7-8 PM: Sound Meditation

Sunday, April 16
8-9 AM: HyperIce therapy, followed by local kombucha tasting and bites.
9 AM – 7 PM: Complimentary access to Spa Pendry facilities.
