Winter Festival of Cornish Christmas

The sights and sounds of a traditional Christmas will be all around you in downtown Grass Valley, including carolers, musicians, and fire pits to keep your hands toasty. Every Friday throughout the month of December, from 6 to 9 p.m., guests will experience all of this and even more merry fun. 

A shopping promenade will also be a major attraction. Here, guests can browse the downtown shops on Main Street, all of which will be offering extended holiday hours to make sure that you get all of your Christmas shopping done before the big day. And it wouldn’t be the Winter Festival of Cornish Christmas without exploring all that downtown Grass Valley has to offer. From craft and food vendors to the variety of unique town shops, including restaurants, wine-tasting rooms, tap houses, and bars, the possibilities are endless. 

Bring your camera to take photos with Santa, he’ll be waiting for you at 145 Mill Street! Even if you don’t get the opportunity to get a picture with the big man himself, there will always be plenty of chances to snag a picture with the downtown’s stunning holiday decorations and light displays.
