Favorite ways to spend your free time in CA: Hanging out with my hubby and kids.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: Veestro is our biggest accomplishment because my brother and I started the company from the ground up, and we have built a really nice-sized business.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: Fundraising. Every time we do a fundraise, it’s a big obstacle to overcome.
Someone who inspires you and why: My mom has always inspired me. She was a business owner and taught me how to run a business without going into debt, she taught me how to sell which is probably one of the most valuable skills anyone can have and she taught me to have a strong business ethic and to always be kind to people because ‘you gain more with one drop of honey than with a cupful of bitters.’
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Go for it! Working in the food space is hard, but working in the healthy food space is very exciting and rewarding because you know you are helping people eat better and feel better!

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I love to crochet and do so any chance I get. I do it because it relaxes me at the end of a hectic day.
