Encinitas is the perfect beachfront escape, and Alila Marea Beach Resort is here to elevate your experience. The resort’s farm-to-table restaurant and bar, VAGA, welcomes guests to horizon-overlooking views and fresh, flavorful cuisine. Hosted by acclaimed Chef Claudette Zepeda, VAGA is now introducing Elements of Nature–a four-part dinner series based on the four natural elements: earth, fire, water and air. This daring and exquisite dinner concept works with the seasons to create masterful dishes, unique drinks, unseen activations and an evening spent amongst nature’s finest creations.
After its launch in March, there are now three Elements of Nature activations slated in 2023. Save the date: Thursday, June 22 (Nature of Earth), Thursday, Sept. 21 (Nature of Air) and Thursday, Dec. 21 (Nature of Water). Seatings are available from 5 to 9 p.m. The dining experience is $199 per person.
