Starting June 12, the always anticipated High Tide Dinner returns to The Marine Room, a signature coastal restaurant at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club. Alongside a four-course dinner, diners enjoy a front-row view of the dramatic high tide.
Regularly open Wednesday through Sunday, The Marine Room will also open its doors on select Mondays and Tuesdays in July, August and September to accommodate guests wanting to witness the majesty of Mother Nature as they enjoy a special four-course dinner by Executive Chef Mike Minor.
The four-course Hide Tide Dinner menu is offered at the 7:30 p.m. seating, with peak high tide taking place around 8 p.m. The menu will feature delectable options like crab corn bisque, wagyu ribeye, Surf and Turf, Alaskan halibut and caviar, lemon-lavender cake and many more selections.
In addition to the featured menu items, guests will have the option to choose from indulgent upgrades like table-side truffle service, table-side caviar service and a fresh lobster tail. Plus, diners will be sent home with a house-made chocolate in the shape of The Marine Room’s iconic seahorse logo.
The Hide Tide Dinners will be offered June 12 to June 14, July 11 to July 13, August 9 to August 11, and Sept. 8 and Sept. 9. Guests can choose from the à la carte seasonal dinner menu at the early seating starting at 5 p.m. or the four-course prix-fixe menu at the late seating starting at 7:30 p.m.
