With experience from her childhood in Italy to years spent in elite LA-based kitchens, Chef Da Re now dishes up personalized pasta dishes from her LA food truck and brings her family along for the ride! Ordering is easy–first, pick your fresh pasta made with Italian flour, then choose your unique saucy creation (Bolognese, three cheeses and clam are all fantastic options).
