Perched on top of the 11th floor of the JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort, Parkestry Rooftop Bar serves up deliciously Instagrammable brunch cocktails and tasty entrees on Saturdays through Aug. 31. The highest rooftop bar in Anaheim, Parkestry offers live music as you look out to a wonderful view of the Southern California horizon, including a peek at some of the rides at Disney California Adventure Park and Disneyland.
Parkestry keeps the patio cool with substantial umbrellas and an enticing selection of beverages to quench your thirst. A favorite cocktail is the Booze Bag, a large glass shaped like a purse that can be filled with your choice of sangria, margarita, Aperol spritz, or tequila-based Transformation cocktail that’s designed for two to three people. We absolutely love sipping out of such an adorably unconventional container. Another great option is the bottomless mimosas which, in true Parkestry fashion, is anything but basic. First, you choose an orange, cranberry, or grapefruit juice ice pop before the server pours prosecco on top. You can eat the ice pop on its own or allow it to slowly incorporate into your drink. If you’re looking for non-alcoholic options, Parkestry offers three boozeless beverages made with Seedlip, a non-alcoholic spirit, and cold brew.
Look forward to a variety of entree options as you sip your refreshing beverage and enjoy the views. The loaded potato stack is light yet packed with flavor and topped with a perfectly cooked fried egg. The Panini of My Dreams lives up to its name. Loaded with prosciutto di parma, brie cheese and fig jam, this panini is the perfect combination of salty and sweet. If you’re looking for refreshing flavors, the caviar nachos are an upgrade to the traditional stack with salt-and-vinegar chips topped with a sunny side-up egg, French onion sauce, dill, creme fraiche, and Osetra Caviar. As you tower above the city, a petite seafood tower seems especially fitting. Oysters, colossal shrimp, yellowtail aguachile, and tuna poke are served with mignonette, lemon, and house cocktail sauce.
Anyone else love a “girl dinner”? If you’re looking for a simple, comforting meal that allows for a little grazing, Parkestry has you covered. Choose from the Classic Girl Dinner with a petite Caesar salad and truffle French fries; the IYKYK Girl Dinner with classic chicken tenders, mini pizza bites and truffle fries; or the Girl Dinner Fiesta with Tajin tortilla chips made in-house with salsa and guacamole and a side of fruit with Chamoy and Tajin.
As if those selections weren’t enough, Parkestry gives you the option of ending your meal with a little treat. Choose from BeignYASSS, beignets with an attitude and a side of butterfly tea whipped cream; It’s Brunch Dough, a classic chocolate chip skillet cookie that melts in your mouth; and a seasonal sorbet.
Parkestry will host a special Swiftie Sing-Along event on Aug. 31, the last day of the summer brunch series, complete with karaoke, friendship bracelets and an Era outfit contest.
Parkestry is open for brunch on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Aug. 31.
