Negroni Bar & Bistro Now Open in L.A.

A popular bistro and bar in Latin America, Negroni Bar & Bistro, has found its way to the West Coast and opened its second location in the United States. The new spot has brought unique craft cocktails, indulgent fare and an elevated experience to Los Angeles.

With over 20 locations in Latin America and a very successful outlet in Miami, Negroni Bar & Bistro is the newest dining spot to hit L.A. and is the second U.S. location for the bistro. The concept was founded by Pablo Sartori, who teamed up with local hospitality developers Frank and David Stork to open the new restaurant in the city and aid in bringing its staple experiences to life.

“Negroni was conceived to share an international experience with our guests – to be a place where the many influences in our hometown of Buenos Aires merge seamlessly, creating a warm and vibrant place to dine and socialize. After the incredible response to our first U.S. location with Negroni Miami, we hope that together with our local partners we can share that same magic as we expand to Los Angeles,” says Sartori, in a press release.

Unlike its traditional offerings, the Negroni L.A. menu will feature a lineup of imaginative plates carefully curated by the dining destination’s executive chef, Pablo Latif, to reflect the brand’s cosmopolitan roots. Some menu highlights include the Nikkei-style sushi bar featuring light items like the Ceviche Carretillero, prepared with shrimp, corvina, red onions, cilantro, peppers and aji amarillo peppers; and the Nigiri Vieiras, with scallops, Nikkei butter and chalaca atop vinegared rice. For a main course, guests can expect to enjoy a range of globally-inspired bites, including the grilled octopus, wagyu truffle burger and a crispy whole red snapper.

A dinner at Negroni L.A. would only be complete with a glass from its Negroni-focused cocktail program, each offering vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients. There are 10 Negroni variations to enjoy, including the Classic, Sbagliato, Espresso and Sour, to name a few.

“Having grown up in Los Angeles, I have always loved this neighborhood, which seems to combine all the unique, different cultures within our city, serving as a hub for hospitality, nightlife, shopping and fun!” says Frank, in a press release. “It’s where residents from the East and West sides of Los Angeles find common ground. We look forward to encouraging this with the friendly concepts of Negroni,” adds David, in a press release.
