A new menu has arrived at Juniper Table after Executive Chef Ysaac Ramirez joined Kimpton The Rowan Palm Springs last fall. The new lineups offer daytime and nighttime plates, creating a unique all-day dining concept.
Utilizing his Latin roots, Chef Ysaac Ramirez created a signature culinary style for Juniper Table in Palm Springs, infusing contemporary Southern comfort with touches of Latin influences. The unique combination helped craft incomparable menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The new morning offerings feature Marsh Hen Mill grits with charred broccolini, trumpet mushrooms, parmesan, tomato jam and a fried egg; the chicken biscuit with warm buttermilk biscuits, fried chicken thigh and a rosemary-honey drizzle; and the ricotta toast with whipped ricotta, avocado, pistachios, chives and broccoli sprouts, to name a few.
As for lunch and dinner, Juniper Table visitors can expect to enjoy a lineup inspired by Chef Ramirez’s culinary studies in Italy, including dishes like the pasta e fagioli with leeks, black-eyed peas, Tuscan kale, garlic, tomato and arugula; and the fried barramundi with puttanesca, braised fennel and arugula. In addition to these plates are elevated pizzas, like the ‘Shrooms with oyster mushrooms, cremini mushrooms, arugula, double cream and parmesan; Olive Oyl with Castelvetrano olives, tomato, mozzarella, red onion and garlic oil; and Peppa Pig with pepperoni, tomato, mozzarella and Grana Padano.
Juniper Table is open daily, with breakfast starting at 7:30 a.m. and lunch and dinner starting at noon.
