Located atop the historic La Casa Del Camino Hotel in Laguna Beach, The Rooftop Lounge offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean with a coastal-inspired menu that features locally-sourced ingredients and freshly-caught fish.
The Rooftop Lounge at La Casa Del Camino Hotel is both a local favorite and a must-visit for Laguna Beach tourists. The ocean views (especially at sunset) are truly stunning, and the charming decor and vacation vibes will make anyone feel like they are on a beach getaway. While the views alone would be enough reason to visit, The Rooftop Lounge also impresses with its vibrant coastal cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails. Led by La Casa del Camino’s Executive Chef Glen Tinsley, The Rooftop Lounge underwent a complete renovation and rebranding in 2020 that included a revamp of the menu.
Since The Rooftop Lounge is such a nice place to relax with some drinks and enjoy shareable plates with friends, it comes as no surprise that it would have a wide selection of appetizers to choose from. Some of the dishes available include crispy calamari, shrimp ceviche, Korean duck tacos and fried brussels sprouts. One of the most vibrant, photo-worthy and delicious appetizers is the Mezze Mediterranean with red pepper hummus, dried fruit, olives, tomato, artichoke, grapes, eggplant caviar and naan bread.
For entrees at The Rooftop Lounge, you will find elevated salads, burgers and sandwiches on the menu, as well as spicy fish and chips, pan-seared chicken breast and penne pasta alla checca. If you didn’t fill up too much on the appetizers, you will definitely want to order dessert. The assortment includes traditional tiramisu, apple strudel and limoncello mascarpone, to name just a few.
The cocktail list is vibrant and beachy with drinks such as a Rooftop Spritz, berry mojito and rotating frozen cocktails. There is also a great selection of bubbles, wine and beers to choose from.
