STK Los Angeles

Located at the W Los Angeles – West Beverly Hills hotel, STK Los Angeles is a dining destination that seamlessly marries upscale dining with a vibrant atmosphere.

From the moment you step into STK Los Angeles at the W Hotel, you’re greeted with a vibey ambiance that exudes modern elegance. The interior design blends sleek, minimalistic furnishings with a touch of Hollywood glamour and ambient lighting. The setting is perfect for everything from a business lunch to romantic dinners to celebratory gatherings with friends.

STK Los Angeles is not just a feast for the eyes; it’s a culinary journey with a menu that boasts a tantalizing selection of Modern American cuisine with a twist. Signature appetizers include the maple and bourbon Nueske’s bacon, Lil’ Brgs made with wagyu beef, tuna tartare and STK Pearls – a half-dozen oysters and an ounce of American caviar.

For the main event, the steaks are obviously the highlight since STK Los Angeles is a steakhouse. With over a dozen steaks to choose from, the selection offers a variety of sizes and cuts including Australian and Japanese wagyu. To make these perfectly cooked steaks even better, be sure to add one of the decadent toppings, butter or sauces. Topping selections include King crab oscar, lobster tail, shrimp, STK zingy rub and peppercorn crust. The signature butters are truffle, lobster and wagyu umami, and there are eight different sauces to choose from. Don’t forget to add some mouthwatering sides to complement your steak, such as classic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, parmesan-truffle fries, sweet corn pudding and creamed spinach, to name a few.

For those craving something other than steak, the menu offers an enticing selection of seafood, salads and vegetarian options. Maple-rubbed salmon, braised beef short rib, mushroom-and-truffle tagliatelle and roasted lamb rack are just a few of the delicious offerings on the dinner menu.

STK Los Angeles also serves weekend brunch that includes decadent dishes such as cinnamon French toast, hot chicken and waffle, and lobster and eggs benedict. Known as the “Hideout” for breakfast and lunch on the weekdays, you can enjoy classic breakfast items, a Cobb salad, wagyu burger and steak frites.

STK Los Angeles is open for dinner seven nights a week, lunch on weekdays and brunch on the weekends. Happy hour is available Monday to Friday, 3 to 6:30 p.m.; Sunday to Thursday, 10 p.m. to close; and Saturday and Sunday, 3 to 5:30 p.m.
