Kick Off June by Sipping by the Sea at LAWineFest

There’s no better way to enjoy the Long Beach waterfront than with a glass of wine in hand. LAWineFest is returning for its 17th year June 4 and June 5 at Harry Bridges Memorial Park.

At LAWineFest, sip award-winning wines from across the world while perusing artisan boutiques, listening to live music and enjoy tasty bites from food trucks and booths.

“We’re thrilled to return to Long Beach for our 17th year and to provide thousands of Festgoers an amazing opportunity to be introduced to at least 50 established and new wineries, a dozen breweries, several ciders and much more, while enjoying all the city has to offer,” says LAWineFest director and CEO Scherr Lillico.

Visit LAWineFest from 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Parking will be available for a fee in the Queen Mary lot; however, carpooling, ride sharing apps and public transportation are highly recommended.

To get the party started early, Fabulous California readers can use special code FABCA to get 20 percent off your tickets ahead of time. General admission tickets include entry into LAWineFest, a commemorative souvenir cup to keep, wine and craft brew tastings, water and coffee. There is also an All-Access ticket option that includes the same as general admission plus the opportunity to taste wines from over a dozen gem boutique wineries, which produce less than 2,500 cases of wine each year, and the ability to enter LAWineFest early at 1 p.m.

See the full details, purchase tickets and see a list of participating wineries, breweries and shops at LAWineFest.com.
