After its grand opening this past October, Local Kitchens, a micro food hall in Surf City, has officially welcomed seven new dining concepts to the Goldenwest & Warner Shopping Center. Each new spot offers its own unique menu offerings, ranging from fresh acai bowls to Southern comforts.
