Find your inner zen! Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach and Resté Sound Healing is hosting a Sound Bath Wellness Experience on Nov. 5 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Immerse yourself in an energy healing event for the mind and body using sound waves for a grounding wellness experience. This sound immersive experience uses techniques of energy healing melodic vocals, drumming and singing bowls, along with other soothing instruments creating vibrations to relax you.
The event starts with getting introduced to the instruments by the host, Celeste. For $59, the event includes a full hour of a sound bath, followed by a complimentary, but optional Twilight Tea on the Terrace including herbal teas and a refreshment. This wellness experience is further enhanced by the spectacular ocean views and sunset on the coast of Carlsbad.
This event is 18-plus and provides a yoga mat.
