Uchi LA x Pendry West Hollywood Pop-Up

In anticipation of the West Coast debut of Uchi later this year, the Hai Hospitality culinary team presents an exclusive four-day pop-up (Sept. 13 to Sept. 16) omakase experience at Pendry West Hollywood.

Led by Uchi’s visionary culinary team, including James Beard Award-winning chef and Hai Hospitality founder Tyson Cole, guests are invited to enjoy a masterfully curated, 10-course menu combining beloved Uchi favorites with newly crafted dishes slated to debut on the Uchi LA menu. Exceptional highlights include: the famous Hama chili, brown butter crab handroll, Ora King with chorizo and pickled shallot, wagyu with garlic chive and miso, jasmine cream with cilantro granita and pineapple, and more.

The pop-up takes place 6 to 10 p.m. each night.
