Liberty Station One-Year Anniversary Party

In honor of its one-year anniversary in Madison, Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse is heating things up with a smokin’ hot celebration with a good cause on Saturday, September 18.

Guests are invited to join the party to enjoy drink and dining specials, music and entertainment. Fifty percent of all food and beverage proceeds throughout the day will benefit two local charities, Cover Me Veterans and the Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund.

The front parking lot will be roped off to extend the party, and during the celebration guests can enjoy live music by Frank Martin Busch and the Names (2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.); vendor tents including a pop-up beer station on the patio, as well as Cover Me Veterans and the Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund; food specials including a whole hog prepared on the smoker; a specially made drink feature — the Frozen Rye Old Fashioned sponsored by the local Dancing Goat Distillery; and commemorative t-shirts.

A silent auction will also benefit the charities, and diners can make additional donations through their bill. Local star athletes will also be making appearances throughout the day to sign autographs and take pictures with guests.
