Winemakers of Napa Valley Tasting

On Sept. 8, Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa hosts an event that is part of the highly-anticipated, first-ever Del Mar Wine & Food Festival: Winemakers of Napa Valley Tasting.
Held on The Croquet Lawn from 6 to 9 p.m., the Winemakers of Napa Valley Tasting will feature eight respected wine makers from California’s premier wine region paired with incredible bites and small plates (think Australian Wagyu Beef cooked over charcoals topped with peach jam and rosemary blossoms, 100 layer potato with house made crème fraîche, and more!) created by the resort’s Executive Chef Christopher Gentile. Wineries that will be showcased include Atlas Peak, B Cellars, Baldacci, Paradigm Winery, Priest Ranch, Rutherford Ranch Winery, Schweiger Vineyards and Tournesol, and each small plate will be perfectly paired with two different wines.
