Since opening in 1941, The Marine Room has welcomed residents, travelers, celebrities and world figures to dine among its sprawling seaside views. In 2022, the lounge and dining room were renovated, revealing a more modern and elevated design. Situated directly on the beach, The Marine Room offers diners a front-row seat to the beauty of the ocean, with waves crashing against the large windows during high tide—a truly mesmerizing sight. Guests can enjoy High Tide Dinners with a special four-course menu on June 4-6, July 3-5, Aug. 17-19, and Sept. 15-17.

Start your culinary journey with an expertly crafted signature cocktail. The Passionfruit Mezcal Margarita is a perfectly balanced drink made with mezcal, agave, passionfruit and lime, that is both beautiful and delicious. The Shores Spritz features Monkey 47 Gin, Cointreau, Lo-Fi amaro, St-Germain, Avissi prosecco, house-made watermelon syrup, prosecco and soda.

The Marine Room menu changes seasonally, featuring the freshest and locally sourced ingredients and a rotating menu of Chef Specials. A must-order appetizer on the current dinner menu is the Peruvian crudo. This dish comprises bluefin tuna with aji amarillo agua chile, mint, cilantro and boba crisp. The combination of flavors is magic. Something that may be overlooked on the appetizer menu that is truly special is the pan-seared wild mushrooms with black garlic, madeira and boschetto.

Elegant entrees at The Marine Room are a work of art, offering the best cuts of meats and freshest seafood with a perfectly crafted combination of ingredients to delight the tastebuds. Entrees on the current dinner menu feature sustainable local seafood, including Baja California swordfish, local bluefin tuna, king salmon, Georges Bank scallops and branzino. Alternatively, you can enjoy an 8-oz. center-cut filet mignon with whipped potato, bone marrow butter and malbec, or the 32-oz. dry-aged prime tomahawk. A selection of sides includes grilled hearts of palm with aji verde and chimichurri, pan-seared wild mushrooms, truffle yuca fries with Parmigiano Reggiano, buttered asparagus with smoked sea salt and cheese-whipped potato puree.
