Guests of Postino Park Place now have a delicious selection of cocktails to reach for on their next visit. The first-ever cocktail menu comprises time-honored classics (think Aperol spritz, negroni and a smoked old fashioned), alongside refreshing, summery sips like the prickly pear-mezcal margarita, Tré Cucumber, and the Sure Shot. Tré Cucumber is a picture-perfect combo of vodka, limoncello, cucumber, and honey while Sure Shot comprises Cocchi Rosa, sparkling rosé, grapefruit juice, and soda. Guests also have the option to add a premium spirit such as Macallan 12, Don Julio 1942, Grey Goose, and more to their tipple.
“We wanted our menu to hit all the notes for our guests – the bourbon drinker, the guest who enjoys a vibrant espresso martini, really something for everyone,” says Brent Karlicek, vice president of Beverage at Upward Projects. “We dipped into the stratosphere of agave growth – mezcal. Soulful smoke mixed with Southwest prickly pear for the margarita, and the list goes on. A mix of both timeless classics and fresh, innovative drinks such as our dangerously refreshing Tré Cucumber.”
