Whether you enter from the street or from inside the hotel, you will be greeted by a bright and airy communal dining space at Provisional Kitchen. The multi-use area features a Vittoria Coffee espresso bar and bistro tables within a greenhouse with an open kitchen overlooking the dining room. In addition to serving coffee and takeaway meals from the espresso bar, the restaurant also serves brunch and dinner and features a retail space where guests can shop a curated collection of homeware, ceramics, apothecary items, pantry staples and jewelry.

Brunch is served seven days a week and includes classics like pancakes, eggs benedict and avocado toast. The Pumpkin Spice French toast is a must-try treat, made with challah bread, pumpkin-maple cream cheese, butterscotch crisp and Vermont maple syrup. If you can’t decide what to order, you can try the Brunch Tasting Menu, a chef-created five-course experience available on Saturdays and Sundays for $65 per person.

For dinner at Provisional Kitchen, we highly recommend starting your meal with the yellowtail crudo, made with chili-lemon oil, pineapple coulis and roasted pineapple. The fish is fresh, and the combination of flavors is perfection. The restaurant also serves wood-fired pizzas with dough made with natural yeast. All pizzas can be prepared vegan upon request, as well as a gluten-free pizza crust option.

For entrees, the short rib-stuffed cappelletti with house-made pasta is divine. While you can’t go wrong with any of the options, the Calabrian chile-crusted pork tomahawk with sweet parsnip cream, Granny Smith apples and mustard demi is a real standout.

Provisional Kitchen also offers an Aperitivo Hour that features a menu of Italian-inspired bites paired with Aperitivo wine and cocktails, Wednesday to Friday, from 5 to 7 p.m.

Brunch is served daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner is served Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, 5 to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 5 to 10 p.m.
