Since succulents became all the rage more than a decade ago, Flourish has been a must-stop for locals and visitors in Petaluma. “We’ve taught thousands of people (yep, thousands!) how to make succulent terrariums and macramé plant hangers,” says Brandi Chalker, owner of Flourish. “We’re passionate about plants and helping people tap into their creativity through our workshops.” The award-winning plant shop–which also sells unique home decor–hosts a range of both public and private workshops (which have been popular among Bay Area businesses as team-building opportunities). Plus, Flourish can bring the plant party to you via its one-of-a-kind Terrarium Bar experience. Guests are able to pick out a succulent before following simple instructions to create their own masterpeice.
