Your go-to drink to make and why? The margarita. Having worked with agave spirits more than any other, I really love creating variations tailored towards every guest or just surprising them with the best classic version.
Best advice to an aspiring bartender or mixologist? Learn your craft and find inspiration in everything. Once you know your classics, it’s easy to get creative. I love finding herbs or ingredients I’ve never seen or heard of and finding ways to showcase them in a cocktail. Watching cooking or world travel shows are my favorite way to discover something new!
