One of the highlights of dining at Espelette Beverly Hills is the restaurant’s commitment to using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. To start your culinary journey at Espelette, we highly recommend anything from the Raw menu, including tuna, yellowtail and salmon carpaccio and beef tartare. The restaurant is also known for its Scrambled Egg Caviar made with Bordier butter, chives, espelette and crème fraîche. All of these appetizers will melt in your mouth and set the tone for the rest of the meal.

For your main course, some popular entrees at Espelette include steamed mussels, grilled lamb chops, seared salmon and roasted chicken. There are two pasta dishes, both highly rated – a ricotta ravioli and a pappardelle carbonara. The wood-fired entrees include branzino, Maine lobster, chicken, John Dory and a selection of Wagyu steaks. All of the wood-fired dishes are served with your choice of lemon vierge vinaigrette, béarnaise, porcini mushroom or miso garlic. Everything is cooked to perfection, and the freshness of the ingredients is evident in every bite.

Don’t pass on dessert at Espelette. The dessert cart features one of the best tiramisu we have ever had. The desserts rotate seasonally and currently feature an apple tart among other French-inspired creations.

Espelette Beverly Hills is open daily for breakfast and dinner, Wednesday to Sunday, and the beautiful bar and lounge is open seven days a week starting at 4 p.m.
