Nobu, a renowned Japanese restaurant concept, is set to open at Hotel del Coronado in early 2025 as a part of an ongoing restoration and revitalization of the property.
Nobu at Hotel del Coronado will feature breathtaking indoor and oceanfront dining, including an outdoor covered patio featuring a pagoda bar and a dedicated sushi bar.
“Coronado is an iconic beach community in San Diego, and Hotel del Coronado is one of California’s most signature beach hotels, making it the perfect place for Nobu,” says Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, in a press release. “We look forward to bringing guests the Nobu signatures they have come to love, along with some exceptional items and experiences that will only be available at Nobu Hotel del Coronado.”
Signature dishes such as black miso cod and yellowtail jalapeño will make an appearance on the menu in addition to Nobu’s famous sushi and a selection of locally inspired dishes and cocktails.
