First job: Food runner/busser at Broken Yolk in Downtown San Diego.

Favorite ways to spend your free time in CA: I enjoy spending time with my new fiancé, going to the beach, eating, exercising and playing soccer.

Your biggest accomplishment and why: Creating a brand from the ground up (from a food truck to my first brick-and-mortar).

The biggest obstacle you overcame: Dropping out of college and having no idea what I wanted in life. 

Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: If you have an idea of what you want to accomplish and you put your heart (and the hard work) into it, you will come out on top. 

Something someone would be surprised to learn about you: I learned how to cook by watching Food Network.

What makes someone fabulous: Being fabulous is a blend of confidence, charisma and authenticity that captivates others.
