Favorite ways to spend your free time in CA: My favorite way to spend free time in California is exploring diverse culinary experiences. With such a rich tapestry of cultures surrounding us, the possibilities are truly endless.
Your biggest accomplishment and why: My most significant achievement has been the successful launch of my own restaurant. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see that the dedication and effort I put into working for my father during my adolescent years have truly paid dividends.
The biggest obstacle you overcame: When I inaugurated Glass Box during the height of the COVID pandemic, navigating the business landscape proved to be an immense challenge. It required constant innovation and adaptability to ensure the survival of my venture. I’m grateful to have emerged from this period and to continue steering a thriving enterprise.
Someone who inspires you and why: My dad inspires me on a daily basis and always pushes me to be better in my restaurant. My grandma and dad are hard-working and dedicated chefs who taught me how to work hard and made sure I had a good work ethic.
Advice to someone pursuing a career path in what you do: Follow your heart, always be creative, make it yours and put a stamp on it.
