Juice It Up!, a handcrafted smoothie and superfruit bowl concept, has opened its first store in San Diego County in San Marcos. This marks the commencement of a strategic expansion plan, with an additional five locations set to open in the region under the experienced franchise group, HGW Capital LLC.
The newly opened San Marcos store in Nordahl Marketplace is the first of six locations to open in San Diego County, with the second store set to debut in 2024 in Downtown San Diego’s Little Italy. Juice It Up!, which was founded in 1995, is known for its innovative menu featuring fresh-squeezed raw juices, smoothies, and nutrient-rich acai and superfruit bowls.
With over two dozen locations in the development pipeline, including stores across Los Angeles County and Northern California, Juice It Up! aims to achieve 200 locations by 2027. The brand’s commitment to guests’ health and wellness, coupled with its innovative approach to lesser-known superfruit and functional food science, has positioned itself to be a key player in the smoothie sector.

The new San Marcos location is open Sunday to Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
