Executive Chef Frank Fleisher created a menu featuring shareable plates such as black truffle fries and wagyu corn dogs, along with raw dishes like blood orange hamachi crudo and an array of artisan pizzas.
The tropical cocktail menu is divided into three categories: Refresh, Savor and Adventure. Refresh features spritzes, lighter vodka and gin-based cocktails; Savor boasts cocktails with infused rums and bourbon; and Adventure highlights fruity, herbaceous and playful flavors.
Friday and Saturday nights will feature DJ entertainment, with acts announced on SAGO’s Instagram, @experiencesago, and brunch will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays.
SAGO is now open Wednesday, from 4:30 to 11 p.m.; Thursday, from 4:30 p.m. to midnight; Friday, from 4:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.; and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
